CANCELLATION POLICY FOR LESSONS, COURSES AND PERCUSSION & SINGING WORKSHOPS

a) To obtain a full refund of the booking, the cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours before the lesson.

For example if you book a lesson for Friday 9:00am, you have to request the cancellation before Wednesday at 9:00am of that week to get a full refund.

b) If you request the cancellation during the previous 48 hours before the lesson, we will refund 70% of the total amount.

For example if you book a lesson for Friday 9:00am and the previous day you cancel the lesson, we will refund 70% of the total booking you have paid.

c) For courses longer than one day, if the student decides to abandon the course at any time, we will refund the proportional part of the lessons not received. This refund will never be higher than the pending amount to be paid when doing the booking.

Example 1: a 10 hour course has a price of 190 CUC and the students pays 90 CUC for booking this course. After the first lesson the student pays for the pending amount: 100 CUC. If the students decides to abandon the course after the second lesson the amount to repay is 100 CUC.

Example 2: a 10 hour course has a price of 190 CUC and the students pays 90 CUC for booking this course. After the first lesson the student pays for the pending amount: 100 CUC. If the students decides to abandon the course after the fourth lesson the amount to repay is 38 CUC.
